GTLC Associate Member Scheme​The Gippsland Trades and Labour Council Inc (GTLC) has launched an Associate Member Scheme.  Union members and supporters of the GTLC are being invited to sign up to the scheme to support the work of the GTLC.  The GTLC advocates on behalf of workers and the local community, for economic and social justice for all in the Gippsland region.
Membership will also assist in financially supporting Gippsland Asbestos Related diseases Inc (GARDS).  Ongoing funding will assist them in helping people in the region who have been diagnosed with Asbsetos related diseases, campaign for the eradication of asbestos and educate the general public on the dangers of asbestos
The GTLC has supported and continues to support a number of community groups including the
Gippsland Motor Cycle Club Junior’s Neil Street Cup, Moe, The Global Studio, Morwell, Wonthaggi State Coal Mine, Wonthaggi Historical Society and
Welshpool Jetty.
Members will be able to get discounts at local businesses. Over the coming months the GTLC hopes to sign up a range of businesses who will offer a discount to our card holders.
